Delivery and Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Iglow8. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order arrives.

1. Order processing

• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and major holidays) after your order confirmation email.
• We'll email you again as soon as your order ships.
• Processing may take longer during busy periods such as holidays, big sales and product launches.

2. Shipping rates and delivery times

• Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout.
• Standard shipping: 7–14 business days. Customs inspections are outside our control and can add time.
• Free shipping: on all orders over $75.

3. Shipping confirmation and tracking

• Once your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number. Tracking usually goes live within 24 hours.
• High-value orders, or orders flagged for possible fraud, may need verification before they ship.
• You can also track your order here.

4. Incorrect addresses and failed deliveries

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, the customer pays the cost of sending it again.

5. Damaged, lost or stolen parcels

• If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Keep all packaging and take clear photos or video before making a claim.
• We aren't liable for parcels lost or stolen in transit, but our team will always do its best to help you resolve it.

How we fulfil orders

Iglow8 is a remote-first team across the US, Europe and Asia. To keep our prices accessible, many orders ship directly from our main fulfilment partners in China, which lowers costs that we pass on to you. We also use fulfilment centres in the USA and Europe, so popular items can often ship locally for faster delivery.
