Return and Refund Policy

Your satisfaction and skin health are our top priorities. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of purchase. Once our team starts preparing your order for shipment, we can no longer cancel it.

2. Returns

• Timeframe: you have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
• Condition: for hygiene reasons, items must be unused, unopened and in their original sealed packaging.
• Not returnable: opened, used or tampered products, sale items and e-gift cards.

3. Damaged or incorrect items

• Report it within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or full refund.
• Please include a raw, unedited unboxing video that starts with the sealed parcel.
• We cover all return and replacement shipping for damaged or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer and isn't refundable.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you with the status of your refund. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to post it.

5. Late or missing refunds

• Check your bank or card statement again.
• Contact your bank, since posting times vary.
• Still nothing? Email hello@iglow8.com and we'll look into it.

6. How to start a return

Email hello@iglow8.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return before sending anything back. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please use a trackable shipping method, as we can't guarantee receipt of untracked parcels.
