Track Order
Your order ships within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). As soon as it's on its way, we email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.
1. Find your email
Look for the shipping confirmation from Iglow8. Check your spam or promotions folder if you can't see it.
2. Tap "Track your order"
The link opens your carrier's tracking page. Tracking usually goes live within 24 hours of shipping.
3. Or check your account
Sign in to your account to see every order, its status and its tracking link in one place.
Delivery times
- Processing: 24–48 hours after your order confirmation.
- Standard delivery: 7–14 business days. Customs checks can occasionally add a few days.
- Free shipping on orders over $75.
Need help with your order?
If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, or your parcel shows as delivered but you can't find it, email hello@iglow8.com with your order number and we'll look into it for you.
